Therefore, we have established the following policies to ensure your rights and motivate you to continue with your treatment plan optimally.

Adherence to Appointments: The success of your treatment plan depends on your attendance at your scheduled sessions and following the instructions provided. If emergency circumstances require rescheduling, it's best to schedule the new appointment as close to the original appointment as possible to maintain your treatment progress and avoid delaying your results.


Attendance Policy:

● Proof of identity (national ID card, residence permit, driver’s license, or passport) must be brought.

● Wear appropriate clothing for the examination, which should not be inappropriate, revealing, or tight.

● Arrive 5-10 minutes before the session time to ensure full benefit from the session time.

● If you are more than 10 minutes late for your session, the appointment will be considered canceled.

● Available parking spaces:

● Before 5 PM: Front building parking, and parking on the street parallel to employee parking.

● After 5 PM: Rear employee parking can also be used.

● Note: Between 4 - 7 pm, there may be traffic congestion, so please take this into consideration.


Delay policy

● Being less than 10 minutes late with notification to the reception: The time will be deducted from the remaining session duration.

● Being 10 minutes or more late without notifying reception: The session will be canceled and counted as a paid session.


Rescheduling Policy:

We appreciate the urgent and necessary circumstances, so you can cancel and reschedule your session:

  • The session may be cancelled and rescheduled if notified more than 24 hours prior to the session.
  • If a rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the session will be charged, except in the following cases:
  • New appointment available on the same day
  • Another customer booked the cancelled appointment.


Refund Policy:

  • You are entitled to a refund of the service amount after deducting a 10% administrative fee if you do not start receiving the service within 30 days from the date of payment and issuance of the invoice.

  • Payment: The amount will be calculated according to the basic price before any discounts, minus the cost of the sessions used and a 10% administrative fee. The remaining amount will be transferred to your account within 14 business days via bank transfer.


Paid Sessions Consumption Policy

We are committed to providing the best therapeutic services, and our goal is to help you and other clients. To preserve everyone's rights, prepaid sessions must be consumed within:

● 3 - 6 sessions: within 30 days from the date of purchase.

● 9 - 12 sessions: within 60 days from the date of purchase.

● In necessary medical cases, the specialist or consultant may extend the consumption period for a maximum of 30 additional days.

By paying for any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above policies. We reserve the right to amend the policies.
